Cancellation / Changes to my order

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders due to the turn around time we try to achieve. If you have made an error with your order, please email us as soon as you notice and if we can we will make the amendments required. We cannot guarantee however, that we will be able to. 

 

Order issues

If you have an issue with your order, please email or dm us with your order number and query and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

 

Returns policy

We cannot accept returns. If you receive your product damaged, please email us and we can make the arrangements to send a replacement. 

If you receive an item of clothing and there is a problem with the fit, we will be happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Please note, we do not provide shipping labels so you will be responsible for covering the postage both for sending the item back to us, and for us to send the new size to you. 

If you do not wish to exchange for another size, we can provide you with store credit. Again, you will be responsible for the postage fee to return the item to us.
